• Please note that some of our items may be shipped from multiple locations. By ordering multiple items from our site, you consent to receiving one or more packages.
How do I check the status of my order?
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number link that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

• We have a 30-day return policy
which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must present your issue to us within 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds if 30 days have passed since you received your item. You must return the item in order to receive a refund.
Damages and issues
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be faulty
. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
