- General order processing times:

Customized items: For large customized items, please note that the processing and production time may take longer.
Multiple items: Please note that some of our items may be shipped from multiple locations. By ordering multiple items from our site, you consent to receiving one or more packages.
- General shipping times:
At the moment, we offer shipping to The United States and Australia, and Europe (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom).
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
For orders shipping to the United States, please allow 15 to 30 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Australia, please allow 15 to 25 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Europe, please allow 15 to 25 days for delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
- General shipping methods:
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. We may use FedEx, UPS, DHL or other reliable carriers depending on your location and the size of your order.
- Shipping fees:
We currently offer free shipping on all products.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Galileo Lights is not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

- Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must present your issue to us within 14 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds if 14 days have passed since you received your item.
You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
For customized products, we do not accept returns. In cases of damages, we may exchange your item or send replacements parts, as necessary.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
